303 Players, 10 Women, and 33 Chip Counts

Event 14: $1,500 + $150 No-Limit Hold'em

Tournament Director Tab Duchateau just announced that the unofficial field size for this event is 303 players. An impressive number, that's more players than showed up for last weekend's $1,000 + $90 no-limit hold'em event. Presumably, there are a lot more high-stakes players in town in the final days before the WPT Borgata Poker Open Championship begins on Saturday.

In our unofficial count of women in the field, we've located one more: Jacquelyn Scott. That makes a total of ten women in a field of 303 players, or 3.30% of the field. That's about average for women in a major tournament.

November Niner Joseph Cheong has also showed up in the field, and sure enough, he took the seat two to Maria Ho's left. Her table draw just keeps getting worse. Tiffany Michelle has already built her stack up to 28,000, while Maria has 21,000 at her tough table. (Tiffany also won a sit-n-go here last night.)

And now, for a whole lot of chip counts:
